Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Each item is handmade with care and I want you to 100% love your purchase! If there is a problem with the quality of my work I am happy to replace it. Just ship it back to me unwashed/unworn and I'll send you a new one.
Shipping
All items shipped in the US via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow up to 2 weeks before shipment as everything is made to order. Need it sooner? I do offer a rush order option; please send me a message and we may be able to work something out! 

PLEASE make sure to DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address BEFORE you submit your order! I can't be responsible for mis-directed shipments. Once the order is placed, I'm not able to change it so please be sure it's going to the right place!

LOST PACKAGE POLICY: Sadly, sometimes USPS loses packages. I take each package to the post office myself and hand it over the counter, and once it is scanned in at the post office I have no control over where it goes if it gets lost! If you can't locate your order, please contact your local post office.
